The Smiths are in their thirteenth year serving
Memorial Church and the East Dayton community. They have delayed their
retirement because of the challenges God has given to the church
and it's youth ministries. They are excited to be a part of the
church's numerical and spiritual growth. When asked when he is going
to retire, Pastor Ed quotes a missionary friend from Haiti who once
said, "I'm not going to retire, I'm going to re-fire".
